Download the Event Proposal Form for the 37th COSPAR Scientific Assembly (Montreal, Canada, July 2008) and return it to the COSPAR Secretariat (cospar@cosparhq.org, Fax:  +33-1-40509827) by 3 July 2006 for consideration at the Beijing Assembly business meeting of the relevant Commission/Panel. If you wish to submit a proposal after 3 July, please do so on-site at the Beijing Assembly. Forms will be available at registration and/or in congress bags.
