Voträge und Poster
Die Poster Präsentationen finden in der Eingangshalle zum "Alten Rathaus" statt, der sich das Kaffeezimmer anschliesst. Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein Zimmer, das für kleinere Sitzungen reserviert ist und im zweiten Stock die Rathaushalle, in der die mündlichen Vorträge stattfinden.
Die Grösse der Posterwände beträgt 120 cm (Höhe) x 200 cm (Breite). Die Materialien (Pin-Nadeln) zum Anbringen der Poster sind im Tagungsbüro erhältlich.
Für mündliche Vorträge verfügt der Hörsaal, neben einem Overhead Projektor, über einen PC Projektor (Beamer), der mit der Laptop/Desktop Station verbunden ist. Diese stellt 6 VGA Anschlüsse A – F bereit, zwischen denen umgeschaltet werden kann.
Vortragende, die einen eigenen Laptop/MAC mitbringen, können die Anschlüsse A – E entsprechend der Reihenfolge der Vorträge belegen.
Vortragende, die ihre Präsentation auf CD, DVD oder USB-Stick mitbringen, finden an Position F ein Notebook vor. Per "copy-and-paste" werden die Dateien auf den Desktop transferiert. Die installierte Software umfasst:

- Internet Explorer 6 (kein Internet Zugang),

Oral and Poster Presentations
Poster presentations are scheduled in the entrance hall of the "Altes Rathaus", which is followed by the coffee - room. On the first floor there is a meeting room which is reserved for smaller meetings, and on the second floor there is the lecture hall for the oral presentations.
The size of the poster panels is 120 cm (height) x 200 cm (width). The material for putting up the posters (pins) will be made available at the conference office.
The lecture hall is equipped with one overhead and one PC projector (beamer) together with the laptop/desktop station. This station provides 6 VGA connections A – F which can be switched independently.
Authors who bring their own laptops/MACs can connect them at the positions A – E in the order of presentation.
Authors who bring their own CD, DVD or USB stick find a notebook at position F to "copy-and-paste" their data on the desktop. The list of installed software can be found above.
